The top is a stereogram the bottom is just a red/green 3D glasses picture ... br br I don t understand how it should help you learn to see stereograms ... ^^

Great idea to use an anaglyph to train for stereograms! Seems to confuse some of the posters though :)

How it trains you to see stereograms: Find some 3D glasses look at the people they re in 3D the same way as all anaglyph (red/green red/blue red/cyan whatever) look at the sea still in 3D work your way up. your eyes are focused at the correct separation to see the trees (an easy to see repeating stereogram) continue up and there is a plane hidden in a random (ish) area. Now take the glasses quickly off and you will still be able to see the trees and the plane as a stereogram. A brilliant idea for those who have never seen one before.

I m not sure sharpening is a good idea with anaglyphs it produces distracting ghosts. But the idea is cool and it works (if only my eyes didn t readjust as soon as I remove the glasses!).

There are 7 planes across the top of the picture. Focus on the 2nd plane from the left. When it becomes 3D it s appears to be the 3rd plane from the left and now I can count 8 planes!
