pretty cool! however a cross-eye version would ve more appropriate so the keys wouldn t be deformed br br @those having problems: br focus on the repetitive wood pattern first

The viewing angle for lateral keys is wrong. We should be looking at the left side of the right-most keys since our perspective is from the center of the keyboard. Seeing the right side of the far right keys indicates that the keyboard wraps around us instead of being straight.

Just look parallel- or cross-eyed at a real keyboard to see an even more awsome effect yet also possible when viewing this image at a second level or simply as above when zooming-in at the central undeformed zone of the image(see familyday.hu)

In 2006 the same author offered a keyboard image including other features (displays and button) whose different frequencies put them in perspective with the piano keys plane but the same image viewed when concentrating on the piano keys also bring the phenomenon I just mentioned above : the black keys hovering above the white (which sink to the depth) at different altitudes due to the groups of 2 and 3 blacks and their different offsets to allow for the pianist fingers to slide between them on the whites (see 3dimka.deviantart.com/art/Yamaha-keyboard-X3D-34732777). A more complicated second-level view can capture this in the complete image as well.
