In my opinion cross eyed stereograms are way better because it looks like they actually pop out at you.

Cross eyed ones are my fav they pop out. First go cross eyed then slowly release the cross while looking at the pic. Keep your vision a little blurry and wait for the pic to jump out at you. Fun times
